Rafael A. Gonzalez, PhD

 

BA (Psychology) University of Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico (USA)PhD (Clinical Psychology), Carlos Albizu University, Puerto Rico (USA) Rafael A. González is a registered and licensed clinical psychologist in Puerto Rico and in the United Kingdom. He holds dual posts as a research fellow in the Violence Prevention Research Unit, Queen Mary University of London, and as an Adjunct Professor in the University of Puerto Rico, Graduate School of Public Health. He is currently a co-Principal Investigator in the NIDA funded research project titled: The dimensional assessment of ADHD and SUD in an incarcerated Latino sample. Other research interests include social deprivation and early trauma as determinants of violence and mental health.
